RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Hassle-free returns and exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery, subject to applicable product and promotional conditions.
2.All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
3.Report defective, incorrect, or damaged items within 24 hours of delivery.
4.Prepaid Orders: For products below Flat 50% Off, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method,While COD orders receive a wallet refund. A reverse shipment fee of up to ₹250 will be charged for approved returns and will be deducted from the refund amount.
5.Flat 50% Off Products: Products purchased at Flat 50% Off are eligible for store credit only in case of a return. No refund will be processed to the original payment method/bank account.Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales (Flat 60% off or more) are not eligible for returns/exchange.
The fitting of my trouser is good and comfortable but last time i had given a review about my blazer,which is not entertained till now.please reply my last review else no use of asking for reviews.
