Return/Exchange Policy

At MR BUTTON , we strive to ensure you love every product you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, our return and exchange process is designed to be simple and transparent.

1. Return & Exchange Window

Hassle-free returns and exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery, subject to product eligibility and promotion conditions.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact

2. Refunds & Store Credit

Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be issued as store credit only ( sent to your email id) , redeemable on your next purchase. Store Credit has unlimited validity.

3. Defective / Incorrect / Damaged Items

Any defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered item must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery for a quick resolution.

4. Non-returnable Products

Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales (Flat 70% off or more) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

5. Return Shipping Charges

For returns, a reverse shipment fee of up to ₹150 is applicable and will be deducted from the refund/store credit amount.
Exchanges are usually processed free of cost unless stated otherwise during the promotion.

6. Self-Shipping for Returns

If reverse pickup services are unavailable in your area, you’ll need to ship the product(s) to the following address:

Shipping Instructions

Pack the items securely to prevent loss or damage during transit.
Include your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package.
Ensure all items are in unused condition with tags and original packaging intact.
