Return/Exchange Policy

At MR BUTTON, we strive to ensure you love every purchase you make. Our Returns & Exchange Policy is designed to be simple, transparent, and hassle-free, making it easy for you to request a return & exchange.

1. Return & Exchange Window

  • Hassle-free returns and exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery, subject to product eligibility and promotion conditions.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact

2. Refunds & Store Credit

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be issued as store credit only ( sent to your email id)

         Reimbursement

  •  Refunds to the original payment method will have a reverse shipment fee of up to ₹250 deducted. Opting for store credit will entitle you to the full order value, with no deduction.

3. Defective / Incorrect / Damaged Items

  • Any defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered item must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery for a quick resolution.
    Important: Please make a unboxing video. It’s required for any claims related to defects, damage, or item mismatches. Claims without a video won’t be accepted.

4. Non-returnable Products

  • Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales (Flat 60% off or more) are not eligible for returns/exchange

5. Return Shipping Charges

  • For returns, a reverse shipment fee of up to ₹250 is applicable and will be deducted from the refund.

  • Exchanges are usually processed free of cost unless stated otherwise during the promotion.

6. Self-Shipping for Returns

If reverse pickup services are unavailable in your area, you’ll need to ship the product(s) to the following address:

Shipping Instructions

  • Pack the items securely to prevent loss or damage during transit.

  • Include your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package.

  • Ensure all items are in unused condition with tags and original packaging intact.

      

7. Processing Time

  • Refunds and store credit will be processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date the product is received at our warehouse.
