RETURN & EXCHANGE INFORMATION
1. Hassle-free returns within 7 days; specific conditions apply based on products and promotions.
2. Prepaid order refunds are processed to the original payment method; COD orders receive store credits.
3. Issues with defective, incorrect, or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
4. Items purchased during special sales (like 50%,60%, Clearance, EOSS) are ineligible for returns, only store credits will be provided.
5. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 250 is charged, which will be deducted from the refund.
6. There is no additional charge on exchange.
7. Size exchange is subject to availability.
